  • After that, 90 yen is added for every 301 m or 1 minute 50 seconds.
  • Fares are established by law. The fare structure is based on a combination of distance traveled and time required.

Hourly private rental fee

  • After the first hour, an additional 1,950 yen is charged for every 30 minutes.

Before beginning our services, we will first assess your current status and situation. We will then provide an accurate cost estimate, taking into account factors such as travel distance, the time required, and the specific type of support you need.

Cancellation Policy

Please review the following cancellation policy before making a reservation:
1. Free Cancellation:For transport services with a duration of approximately one hour or less?such as trips to medical appointments or other outings?no cancellation fee will be charged. However, if the vehicle is already en route to your pickup location, a cancellation fee of 3,000 yen will apply.
2. Paid Cancellation:For full-day service reservations, if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total estimated cost may be charged.
